I recently had a new water heater installed and couldn't be happier with the experience. Efren Diaz was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the installation efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. The new water heater works perfectly, and I’m already noticing a big improvement. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable plumbing work done right the first time!

Roby Technician with Happy Plumbing Is extraordinary !! Polite.. timely .. Informative.. Trustworthy Excellent work.. never tries to upsell or do work that isn’t necessary ! Will answer any question that you might have .. He spoke in detail about how hydro jetting works in old homes in conjunction with Camera inspections. As well plausible future needs for old bathroom fixtures, and sinks, and what might fail. He is the only plumber I will ever use ! It is a godsend to feel safe and secure with your plumbing needs..

He is efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and meticulous ! He readily provides an explanation and understanding of what caused your plumbing issue and how the Repair will fix it ! I’m not interested in having anyone address my plumbing issues, but Roby !
By the way, a deep tissue massage for Roby would be a nice award … knowing how he has to bend and twist and use his lower back … all day long every day ! the man needs a deep tissue massage.. And his birthday is soon … you might consider it..

I contacted Happy Plumbing over the weekend, and they responded first thing Monday morning. Impressively, they even had their techs out to my house the same day!

Efren and Brian arrived right on time and quickly got to work on the issue I was having with my toilet not flushing properly. They were friendly, professional, and even wore shoe covers—such a thoughtful touch.

They had everything fixed in under 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. I’m really happy with the service I received.

Roby was excellent. He was very patient with water turn off issues. Replaced 2 faucets in condo. Great cleanup on old surface. Also caught loose connection to disposal. The 2 guys that evaluated the job the day before were wonderful too. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Roby!!

Amazing service! Fast communication and appointment! Clint was friendly, informative, and efficient! He was also cautious of my 5 year old and my work from home schedule. He would advise me ahead of time if he needed to open a door or use loud equipment, which I found very thoughtful and respectful. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs!
