Double Union and Pressure Regulating Valve and TnP Installation in Oceanside

A customer recently moved into a new home and discovered several plumbing problems in their inspection report. The water heater was installed incorrectly, leaving the master bath without hot water. Additionally, a broken pipe in the backyard posed a potential risk. Immediate repairs were needed to restore proper functionality.

We installed a Temperature & Pressure (TnP) drain to safely direct overflow into the drip tray. Replaced the faulty double union and pressure regulating valve (up to 1”) to ensure proper water flow. Opened the cleanout and ran a high-resolution camera through 100 feet of the drainage system to check for hidden issues.

With these expert repairs, the customer now enjoys hot water in their master bath, a properly installed water heater, and a leak-free backyard.
