Energy-Efficient Tankless Water Heater Installation in Oceanside

The homeowner, in the process of remodeling their new home, sought to replace their aging tank water heater with a Noritz NRC98DV tankless model. This upgrade aimed to achieve maximum gas efficiency and extend the lifespan of their water heating system. The project required relocating the water heater about 5 feet within the garage.

We safely removed and disposed of the existing tank water heater. The new Noritz NRC98DV tankless water heater was installed at its new location in the garage. We added new isolation valves and utilized all necessary materials to ensure the installation met current California Codes. A 3” PVC exhaust vent was installed through the garage ceiling to support the tankless water heater’s operation.

While we ensured a clean and safe installation, the client was advised that any necessary repairs to landscaping, stucco, tile, drywall, or paint would be their responsibility.
