Gas Line Installation in Spring Valley

This project involved the installation of a new underground gas line from a propane tank to a newly installed pool heater. The existing line was corroded and underperforming, posing safety risks and failing to deliver sufficient pressure. We replaced it with an 80-foot run of 1-1/4” PE gas pipe, installed at the required 18” depth with tracer wire for safety and compliance. A tee connection was also added to supply gas to the house. All work was done following plumbing code standards, and a full system pressure test was performed after installation. Our licensed plumbers completed the job in one day and included a 1-year warranty on labor and parts.
