Gas Line Relocation and Dishwasher Installation in San Diego

A homeowner in San Diego, needed their stove’s gas line adjusted and a new dishwasher installed as part of their kitchen renovation. The existing gas line was routed through the floor and stood too tall for the planned updates, and the customer wanted it relocated to the wall to accommodate new flooring and a modern layout.

Gas Line Relocation: Shut off the gas supply and rerouted the gas piping to come through the wall instead of the floor. Installed a gas shut-off valve for easy access and tested for leaks using a bubble test to ensure safety and compliance.

Installed a customer-supplied dishwasher and drilled a hole through the countertop to fit an air gap. Tested the dishwasher for leaks and cleaned up the area post-installation. While no warranty applies to customer-supplied parts, we provided a 1-year warranty for the air gap installation.
