Grease Removal and Drain Cleaning with Hydro Jetting and Sewer Camera Inspection in La Jolla

The customer in La Jolla contacted Happy Plumbing Inc. after experiencing slow drainage and blockages in multiple drains due to accumulated grease and buildup. They requested a jetting service to clear the lines and a camera inspection to send to the landlord for further assessment. Upon inspection, we discovered substantial grease buildup in the system, particularly affecting the drains behind the cooler, the floor sink, and the P-trap next to the hand sink.

To address the grease buildup, our team used a mini hydro jetter to clean and scour the affected drains, including the one behind the cooler and the P-trap next to the hand sink. The hydro jetting process required significant effort to clear out thick grease and debris, especially for up to 50 feet. Once the lines were clear, we ran a sewer camera through accessible cleanouts to inspect the entire system, capturing video footage for the landlord. This allowed us to provide the client and landlord with a thorough visual inspection of the system’s condition. The final result was a fully cleaned and functional drainage system, free from grease blockages and ready for use.
