Full-Home Repipe with PEX and Copper Stub-Outs in Poway

Our team completed a full-home repipe, replacing an outdated pressurized plumbing system with durable PEX piping and copper stub-outs.

During a routine inspection, we identified that the existing pressurized plumbing system in our client’s home was improperly installed and in poor condition. To prevent future issues and ensure a safe, long-lasting solution, we recommended a complete repipe using PEX piping and copper stub-outs. Since the home already had partial drywall and stucco demolition for access, no lead or asbestos testing was necessary at this stage.

We executed a comprehensive repipe of the entire home, which included removing the accessible copper plumbing system and replacing it with high-quality PEX piping. Replaced plumbing connections for all kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, ice makers, washing machines, and water heaters. Installed four hose bibs and a new emergency shutoff valve for the water heater. Upgraded all faucets and toilets with braided steel supply lines and new shutoff valves. Added four Moen chrome remodel shower valve kits, with a custom matte black diverter for the master bathroom.
