Hydro Jetting to New Pipe Liner Installation in San Diego

The existing cast iron/clay sewer pipe was in extremely poor condition, with massive scaling, cracks, channel rot, and multiple root intrusions. The compromised pipe risked further deterioration and potential collapse, demanding urgent intervention to restore functionality and prevent long-term issues.

To address the situation, Happy Plumbing Inc performed the following services. Exposed the main sewer line and cut out a section to install a new double sweep clean out for improved access and maintenance. Hydro jetted and meticulously cleaned the existing pipe to remove scaling, debris, and root intrusions. Installed a durable new pipe liner, ensuring seamless functionality and structural integrity. Cleaned and lined multiple fitting locations, accommodating necessary wall and pipe penetrations for the process. Completed the work with reinstatements in existing 1 1/2”-2” pipes for a comprehensive solution.

Our team ensured precise execution, leaving the system in optimal condition and ready for long-term use. While we don’t perform drywall or paint work after pipe penetrations, we guide clients on necessary follow-up repairs.
