Pressure Regulator Valve Installation in Point Loma

Tenant accidentally broke handle to water shutoff for apartment. Arrived on site to find pressure was at 100 PSI. Replaced PRV and installed new ball valve. Confirmed pressure was at 65 PSI and no leaks found.
