The customer in Santee was experiencing a drainage issue where their washing machine drained into the kitchen sink and vice versa, causing unpleasant odors and poor drainage. This issue resulted from a blockage or buildup in the common drain line shared by both the laundry and kitchen.

To address the drainage issue, our team performed power hydro jetting on the common drain line shared by the kitchen and laundry. We accessed the line through the crawlspace and cleared out blockages and debris, restoring proper water flow from both areas to the mainline. As a result, the customer’s washing machine and kitchen sink now drain properly without any backflow or unpleasant odors, ensuring smooth and efficient plumbing for the long term.
