Leak Investigation in Lemon Grove, CA

The ceiling was bubbling in living room of first floor. Tech then went to investigate upstairs and saw shower was continuously dripping due to stems going bad, tech then also checked pressure to home and saw this was being caused due to high pressure in home. Tech Replaced Pressure Regulating Valve and installed new shower stems, trim and new shower tub shoe with new gasket from where the leak was coming from.
