Leaky Toilet Repair In Lemon Grove, CA

Tech saw upon arrival there was a leak coming from the base of the toilet due to a bad wax ring. Tech informed the homeowner this issue was being caused by a jeopardized wax ring. Tech informed the homeowner that the wax ring would have to be replaced to fix this leak. To perform work, the tech shut off the water to the toilet and drained the toilet. Tech then removed the toilet and cleaned off the old wax ring. Tech then removed existing Johnny bolts and installed new bolts and wax ring. Tech then reinstalled the toilet and restored the water. Tech then flushed the toilet five times and ensured no leak from the base. Tech then caulked the base of the toilet, made sure everything was running properly, and ensured no leaks
