Noritz EZTR50 Installation in Lakeside

Happy Plumbing replaced a malfunctioning 10-year-old gas water heater with a new Noritz EZTR50 tankless water heater. The existing unit had multiple failures, including gas valve issues, low voltage on the thermopile conductor, and sediment buildup in the burner assembly. Given the high repair costs, we recommended upgrading to a tankless option for longer life expectancy and maximum gas efficiency. The new unit includes an exhaust ventilation kit and isolation valves, providing reliable and efficient hot water for years to come.
