Snaked Drain in Point Loma

Called out for tub and toilet issues. Upon arrival found a wet towel behind the toilet and the toilet leaking from the base when flushed. Also found exactly exterior main line cleanout leaking. We snaked the line through a cleanout, pulled out roots and wipes. Ran the camera to find 2 root intrusions as well as a major break in the alleyway. Pulled and reset toilet with a new wax ring, tested for leaks. Pulled hair from tub drain and Ran water in the tub to find it draining. Drainage issues are most likely related to the main sewer line backup.
