Toilet Flange Repair In San Diego

Found a  leak coming from unit 25 toilet. After approval from the owner, we removed the toilet to reset it and found a broken toilet flange. Made repairs by installing a retrofit flange onto the existing pipe and secured with ABS glue and brass screws, toilet then reset with a new wax seal and bolts.
