Waterline Replacement and Gas Valve Installation in Santee

Our customer encountered issues with corroded external water lines and gas valves, which prevented the delivery and installation of a new washer and dryer. At their request, we carefully cut open the drywall to access and relocate the hot and cold water lines along with the gas valve inside the wall, facilitating a clean and efficient connection stub-out. After completing the installation, we turned the water and gas back on and conducted a thorough leak test to ensure safety and reliability. The customer was informed that drywall patching and painting were not part of our scope. We stand behind our work with a full one-year warranty on all parts and labor, providing peace of mind.
