Water and Gas Line for Water Heater Reroute in San Diego

The existing water heater was no longer functioning properly. Residents experienced loud knocking noises, insufficient hot water, and shorter heating durations. At nearly 30 years old, the unit showed exterior deterioration, was installed in an unsafe location (the kitchen), and did not meet current safety codes. A replacement was necessary for both safety and efficiency.

We safely removed and disposed of the outdated water heater. Installed a high-efficiency Noritz NR98-OD Tankless Water Heater on the exterior wall. Included new isolation valves and ensured the installation met all current plumbing codes.

With this upgrade, the residents now enjoy reliable, on-demand hot water, improved energy efficiency, and a safer home.
