While we handle all plumbing aspects, the client is responsible for any necessary patchwork or painting after installation. The new water heater comes with a 6-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, including a free first service. To maintain the full labor warranty, the client must schedule an annual service flush with us. Otherwise, the standard labor warranty is 1 year.
